Jack Penate-"Pull My Heart Away"

My good friend Bob put this on a mixtape, and I can't stop listening to it. Call me sappy but this song just makes you feel happy as fuck... enjoy.

Manuel Gomez Burns

Some seriously glorious stuff from Manuel Gomez Burns, an illustrator and comic artist that does vintage-like art that has been mentally dipped in a vat of psychedelic acid.

Check out more his stuff at his flickr here , or at his blog here.

BUFF DISS

Upper Playground's Walrus TV has a awesome interview with the Australian artist, Buff Diss. Working in Melbourne Buff Diss uses masking tape rather than spray paint and markers. In the interview he explains what motivates him and how he sees the city as a canvas for his work. Really great looking stuff.

See more of his work here.

Started by Joshua “JKISSI” Kissi, and Travis “Trav” Gumbs in 2008 is a blog style website showcasing the seasonal men's fashion that we wish we could all afford. Voodoo Funk

Screw DJ Shadow this man Frank is the true "King of Digging". Here's what he says about what hes doing on his site...

"From the summers of 2005 to 2008, I lived in Conakry, the capital city of Guinea in West Africa. From there I went on countless trips to various other countries in the region, namely Sierra Leone, Ghana and Benin. My goal was, to find as many vintage African records as possible.

The archive of this blog contains 60 reports that I wrote while in Africa. The links ending with "-MP3-" will lead you to posts which include mixes that were created with the records found on these travels. All articles are in chronological order. If you want to start from the beginning, please begin at the bottom with the story of Mr. Mafa and his record store."

Check out some these truly rare finds here.
